Management very accomodating, felt safe in an unknown area, comfortable, moments away from family and shopping. I am retired and on a budget so cost was reasonable. Recently remodeled exterior and good cleanliness in room.
It was located behind a fueling station for semis that idled awhile before leaving or shutting their engines down to sleep for the night. I was able to overcome the noise as it was not excessive. Room seemed as insulated as could be against noises.

Toilet was very dirty when we arrived (looked like someone had a hair cut in the toilet). Room smelled very musty. Saw a roach (during the day) crawl up the side of the refrigerator. Shower curtain was filthy. The sheet was very rough and worn out. I had to lay a blanket I brought with me on top of the sheet because it was so rough. Bedspread was extremely heavy. I would not recommend staying here. There are a lot better places to stay for the money.

This place is a commendable fit for a lightning trip in Knoxville with very good value for money. The air conditioning worked well in my room, keeping things comfortable despite the July heat. Be ready for noise from nearby traffic. It can get a bit loud at night.

We signed up for a King non smoking room but received two queen bed room that definitely had been used for smoking. THe cleanliness left something to be desired. No updated TV or bedding. No front lobby or emenities.

Had such great stay for the price, the staff were amiable, location was stunning near eating places. The rooms were brand-new and exceptionally large with nice beds. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants, Knoxville and the mountains. I tried some drinks at bar Aubrey's Strawberry Plains, located 15 minutes walk away. Enjoyed it.

The room layout was really good for me, especially the accessible bathroom with safety bars and a hand-held shower head. The bed was comfy, and the hot water was really nice. The air conditioning leaked was nice, annoying. It was a decent stay for the price, but it could definitely use some better maintenance.

missingWrote a review on 24 Julcleanliness issues
Got a front-row seat to some unfortunate conditions, like a third room with lingering cigarette smell and unsightly burns on the bedspread. The pool area could use a good trim, as it resembled more of a jungle than a recreational space, and there was no coffee maker on-site-a letdown for the early risers needing their hit of caffeine. Found syringes near parking, which could give anyone second thoughts about safety in the area.

Comfy, Comfy, Comfy
I had the most peaceful night's sleep in a King Room with Roll-In Shower, Disability Access. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the hot water. The room's layout was perfectly accessible.
do recommend 😊❤️
